Day 01 – Arrival in Sri Lanka / Negombo

Day 02 – Transfer to Digana via Kandy / Temple Visit

  • Travel to the calm hills of Digana, nestled beside Victoria Lake

  • Arrive at the serene Rukgala Retreat, surrounded by lush forest and distant peaks

Day 03 – Yoga Practice and Meditation Caves Exploration

  • Begin your day with a morning yoga session, flowing gently into breath and movement
  • Embark on a guided walk to the meditation caves at Bambaragala, a forest trail leading to ancient rock shelters where monks once sought solitude
  • Explore the quiet mystery of the Bambaragala Caves and take part in a short rock climb, reaching sacred heights above the treetops
  • Conclude your day with an evening yoga class, grounding you under twilight skies

Day 04 – Yoga, Paddle Boarding and Massage Therapy

Day 07 – Galle to Airport
